OpenCode 2.1.3 Updates Bun Runtime and Adds Voice Model Discovery

OpenCode 2.1.3 upgrades the bundled Bun runtime, improves desktop rendering performance, and introduces experimental voice model discovery within the SDK.

OpenCode 2.1.3 upgrades the bundled Bun runtime to version 1.4.4 and refreshes NSS root certificates to version 3.131.1.

The runtime bump patches Brotli, TLS, HTTP/1.1 through HTTP/3, fetch, and WebSockets. Pierre Highlights integration in the desktop application reduces rendering lag and lowers memory usage for large files and pull request diffs.

You get experimental voice model discovery in the SDK via client.voice.models(), which returns supported transport protocols like WebRTC and WebSocket. Connected console workspaces run GPT-Live voice sessions using client.voice.session() for real-time prompt instruction adjustments.

Stability fixes land across the CLI, TUI, and MCP. The TUI no longer crashes when system inotify or file watch limits are hit. Custom provider baseURL settings now override default catalog endpoints, and Windows managed services moved to port 28894 to prevent network collisions with WSL or mirrored services.

MCP resource handling now saves unsupported binary blobs to disk instead of rendering broken model payload attachments, while keeping supported media inline. Finally, instruction and skill synchronization broadcasts only deltas to cut down transferred data.
