Jupyter Notebook 7.7.0b0 Released With Python 3.15 Support

Jupyter Notebook 7.7.0b0 updates the project to JupyterLab 4.7.0b0, adds Python 3.15 support, drops Python 3.10, and includes various security dependency fixes.

Jupyter Notebook 7.7.0b0 rebases the project on JupyterLab 4.7.0b0, drops support for Python 3.10, and adds Python 3.15.

Two route-matching bugs are fixed by anchoring patterns more strictly. One change anchors console and terminal route patterns in pull request #8091, while the other anchors the opener route regular expression for tree paths in #7903.

Maintenance items include pinning the Python version in the Binder environment and pinning the yarn-berry-deduplicate dependency to repair the deduplicate script. The project also enabled the jupyter/prefer-lazy-imports lint rule and bumped @jupyter/eslint-plugin to v1.4.0 to fix subsequent lint failures. Additionally, a workaround for file browser column widths using maxDiffPixels in UI tests was removed.

Dependency updates include grouped Dependabot npm security updates. Bumps cover dompurify from 3.4.13 to 3.4.16 and then 3.4.17, fast-uri from 3.1.7 to 3.1.8 and then 3.1.9, and brace-expansion from 1.1.18 to 1.1.21, alongside several GitHub Actions group updates.
